First the fine print:
This website of the Class of 1961
("Website") of the American School in Japan
("ASIJ") is in no way sponsored by
ASIJ, any other school, organization, group, or
individual that the Website refers to. The information
provided is collected from users of the Website, persons

public sources. None of the Website developers,
information providers, featured persons or organizations
make any guarantee to the accuracy of the information on
the site. The operators of the Website will immediately
remove any information on a person or organization when
requested to do so by the person or organization.
The Website is intended to bring school friends
together and not to verify that these persons actually
attended or graduated from the school or any other
school. Actual attendance and graduation of listed
members is not verified and, in the case of daily
attendance by some members, should be highly suspect
("...contrary to ASIJ claims, we believe there will
be more
JD's then [sic] college graduates in this particular
class!")
Users agree that they will not
harvest or collect information about the featured
persons or organizations on this site or use such
information for the purpose of transmitting or
facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic
e-mail or communications.
Privacy: Users must assume that any
information that is transmitted or received may not be
private. The operators of the Website do not monitor or
record usage of its systems. However, the operators of
the Website will fully cooperate with any authority in
an investigation of illegal activity and may turn over
logs and records upon receipt of proper orders. The
