Lees-Ott, Brenda Ann

Senior memory:

"Mary, don’t be ridiculous!"... those hook shots!... "Quick, what’s a sonnet?"... "Henry, really!"... "Mrs. Tidgwell"... "I’m hungry."

Since then:

I was married to John Ott on December 7, 1963, in Tokyo and we lived there until 1969. We then moved to the New York/New Jersey area. We are now enjoying life in northwest New Jersey, and remodeling our home that over looks a valley and with seven acres of wooded backyard. We have two adult children who live in New Jersey; Tony, age 34, and Tish, age 31.

For the last 14 years, I have done counseling for substance abusers in two major hospitals. For the past two years, I’ve worked in a local hospital for the mentally ill substance abusers. What a tough job! I’m a certified Drug/Alcohol counselor and also a certified Drug/Mentally Ill specialist.

I have often thought of ASIJ days with fond memories. I send my best wishes to all that come to the reunion.

Education:
1961 American School in Japan
