I was one of the Class of 1961 "originals" - starting with fourth grade in 1952, the year the school was released by the military.  I completed High School while enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where I participated in the John Glenn recovery (first man in space), the Hunt for the USS Thresher, and the Cuban Missile Crises.  After completing my tour of duty, I earned a BA (major: English Literature; minor: Japanese). a BS (Computer Science) and an MS (Information Science).  I worked more than thirty years in the computer consulting business (Senior Director and Partner).  Currently I am semi-retired and writing a book.  (I am listed as "lost" #34 in the directory.  I think maybe it's time I was found.)
