After high school, I went on to receive a BA degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and married Al Huffman. We had one daughter Lynnette, who is now a beautiful woman living in Carmel Highlands with her husband and son, Griffin.
I divorced, remarried Michael Griffin, and have been living in Palo Alto for the last 20+ years, earning my MBA on the way. My career has been in Human Resources and I have headed up this function in many high technology companies both pre- and post-public. My hobbies include sailing,
traveling, and gardening. Unfortunately, most workweek hours are dedicated to long, long work hours. Other commitments are community and church work in Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Michael and I have a blended family of three grown daughters.
A recent job with a global startup based in Brussels has required a lot of international travel. Recently I joined Solectron just in time to conduct 5 layoffs of 3000+ employees, earning a title of "The Terminator". The downturn in the economy seems to be most heavily felt in the Silicon Valley!
Future goal-retire! More traveling and gardening and sailing. As I grow older, I find more and more connection with my past and especially value my high school experience and friends.
